Grinder On The Fritz...No Baking Next Week

First some good news: we used our new Hobart today for kneading the dough and it worked like a dream...

Now the bad news: our wheat grinder has begun to act up. Between 4am and 8am, Jamin and I took it apart 4 or 5 times to clean it and reassemble it. But it was to no avail.

Because of the technical difficulties we have put next week's baking on hold at least until we have a functioning mill again. Thanks!
