A Quarter Ton of Wheat & Other Important Updates....

Here are few of the weekly happenings on the Bicycle Bread front...
1. 1/4 Ton of Wheat: We are getting in 500lbs of wheat from Oregon tomorrow!
2. Hello Hobart: Last week God blessed us with a new Hobart mixer that will allow us to knead a lot more dough ...so we're expecting to get it up and running this week.
3. No Taste Test Table this week: Due to the wheat delivery and the new machine, we're pushing back our Monday deliveries to Thursday, and we won't be doing a bread table on Tuesday or Wednesday. Next week we'll be back into our rhythm;) Thanks for you understanding!
