Introducing our newest bread (Really Loud drum roll please........)

Straight out of the age old Gordon Family Recipe book, comes Bicycle Bread Company's newest addition to the bread line: Homestyle Baked Bean Bread with Tangy Bean Juice Glaze

This bread, created like much of our bread, is made with fresh ground organic wheat and a healthy dose of love. The secret to the unique taste of each loaf is in the preparation and special ingredients, and each loaf of our new bread contains over 14 oz of BUSH'S BEST- Homestyle baked beans. These beans are removed daily from the can to preserve flavor and freshness. Gently pureed to the consistency of an Argentine guacamole, the beans are mixed with a tangy sauce, bacon, brown sugar, and cardamom powder to create a flavor only rivaled in richness by the famed Vegemite of Australia. This creamy substance is then thickly spread across the warm dough, rolled into the signature bicycle bread loaf, glazed with bean juice  and baked to a browned mound of goodness.   The indistinct flavor of the Homestyle Baked Bean Bread with Tangy Bean Juice Glaze allows the bread to be eaten anytime of the day, one of our breads that we can proudly say can not be held under the constraints of the title of "breakfast bread" or "sandwich bread".
